Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-13-T-0039 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-68. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336413 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The MSARNG TASMG has a requirement to purchase 8 H-60 Modular Maintenance Platforms. Please see the Description of Products for specifications. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS TO BE PROVIDED 8 H-60 Modular Maintenance Platforms that must meet the following specifications: 1. 500 lb capacity 2. Removable guardrails 3. Non-slip grating on stair steps and platform 4. Two swivel casters with foot locks and polyurethane tread wheels 5. Two pneumatic wheels 6. Detachable towbar and tow pintle 7. Poly-vinyl bumpers to help protect aircraft skin Additionally, the platform must be towable by one person. Please include an estimated delivery time after receipt of order (ARO). Evaluation criteria will be based on best value; Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Technical (Delivery) and Past Performance, when combined, are approximately equal to Price.
