Description

SAP_SSJ PC-13-Q-022 The Peace Corps is planning to use other than full and open competition to award digital library software services for the period of performance: 09/26/2013-09/25/2014. Accordingly, the Peace Corps intends to award a contract to OCLC Online Computer Library Inc, 6565 Kilgour Place, Dublin, OH 43017 for the purpose of providing digital library software solution. The proposed contract action is for both supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only the above designated source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(i). This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
