Description

The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System anticipates the award of a firm-fixed-price contract. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to design/build improvements to the current domestic water delivery system Project 516-13-605 Renovate Station Domestic Water System at Bay Pines VAHCS, Bay Pines, FL. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE 100% TO ELIGIBLE SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS FIRMS (SDVOSB). An organized pre-proposal site visit will be conducted, Time and Date to be determined. The solicitation will be posted on or around August 12, 2013. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web site at www.fbo.gov. No hardcopies will be available. Period of performance is 300 calendar days. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code for this procurement is 237110 and the business size standard is $33.5 Million. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. All interested Small Business firms must be registered in System For Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/, also must be registered at the VetBiz Vendor Information Pages http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/general_user/default.asp as a SDVOSB firm.
