- Draft Statement of Work In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201 "Exchange with industry before receipt of proposals" and FAR 52.215-3, "Request for information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes", this sources sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. This announcement is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does it commit the Government to solicit or award a contract now or in the future. No solicitation is available at this time. The purpose of this notice is to identify sources capable of meeting the needs of the Government as stated herein. All businesses large and small, 8(a), SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc., capable of performing the requirement indicated in the attached Statement of Work are encouraged to respond to this notice. The 99th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for non personal services for Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing Maintenance and Technical Support at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. JEPAC has an extensive A/V-VTC system in Buildings 10203 and 10204 at Nellis AFB, NV. These systems include A/V-VTC systems in JEPAC's conference room, 2 overflow rooms, presentation room, and auditorium. The draft Statement of Work is attached which details the requirements and qualifications Nellis AFB anticipates will be included in the contract. JEPAC relies on these systems to provide the required A/V VTC support to all mission objectives, including but not limited to VTC, conferences and meetings. The current system in place consists of a configuration of VTC equipment including a proprietary Microtech classified switching solution. Any vendor responding to this Sources Sought will need to have the ability to support and maintain or replace this system. Sources that have the ability to provide the necessary maintenance services are asked to respond to this notice with a brief capability statement (maximum three pages) to provide a clear and complete narrative of applicable capabilities to meet the requirements. Responses should include: company name and address, DUNS number, CAGE code, size of business as it relates to the Primary NAICS code 334419, information on any additional small business classifications granted (if applicable), current point of contact (name, phone number, and email), and a list of contracts within the past four (4) years under which the interested party has performed the same or similar work. All responses must be emailed to richardk.bush@nellis.af.mil or rommel.delmundo@nellis.af.mil or by fax to 702-652-9570 no later than 12:00 pm PST Friday, 3 August 2013.
