- Statement of Work The United States Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Coastal Services Center (CSC) Charleston, SC, utilizing the procedures of Federal Acquisitions Regulations Part 13, has a requirement for a wireless encrypted microphone system, installation/set up, unlimited telephone support, and local on-site hardware and software maintenance support. Please see the Statement of Work for details. This is a 100% small business set aside procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310, with a size standard of 750 employees. The Government's estimated cost for this requirement is not expected to exceed Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Interested parties are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any) and monitoring the website to ensure that they have the most up to date information regarding the acquisition. Proposals/Offers shall be submitted in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the statement of work (SOW). All questions resulting from this notice or the subsequent solicitation document must be submitted in writing via email to Brian.Clark@noaa.gov Reference the solicitation number in the subject line of your email. Offers and all required documents maybe submitted electronically, mail carrier, or via fax (843)740-1290, however; the Government shall not be responsible for the malfunction of electronic machinery or mail carrier error. The award will be made on or around August 1, 2013. Submit all documents to Brian.Clark@noaa.gov or NOAA Coastal Service Center Charleston, 2234 South Hobson Avenue, Charleston, SC 29405-2413, Attn: Brian Clark. Contractor must have a valid DUNS number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database, with an active status, to be eligible for award. The federal government is tax exempt.
