Requirements include the manufacture, assembly, and test of CEC shipboard, airborne, and land mobile systems, Installation and Checkout Kits (INCO), backfits, and provisioned item orders. The requirements also include Engineering Support Services (ESS) for the base and each option year. For this effort, the Government will provide a Technical Data Package (TDP) as Government Furnished Information for use in the development of proposals. CEC Systems shall conform to specifications required in the CEC System Specification, Cooperative Engagement Processor (CEP) Segment Specification, Data Distribution System (DDS) Segment Specification, and the PIDS Work Statement (WS) provided as GFI. A Competition Library has been established and it is available to eligible Offerors. All companies requesting a copy of the Competition Library set must follow the instructions in Section L-1 3.0 Availability of Competition Library Documentation of the attached RFP. Questions/Comments must be submitted utilizing Attachment 8 of attached RFP N00024-13-R-5228. Deadline for submission of Questions/Comments is 26 August 2013. See SECTION L of the attached RFP for additional instructions.
