Description
PLEASE DO NOT CALL REGARDING THIS SOLICITATION!!! IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR COMMENTS, YOU MAY EMAIL THEM TO: michelle.cope@navy.mil. The Space and Naval Warfare Center, Atlantic Charleston, SC code 2232 has a requirement for SOFTWARE. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334111. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on products listed below under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The contract line item number (CLIN) and description for this procurement are:***SEE ATTACHED**This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes for items other than the brand name listed in this synopsis***The Government will accept quotes from all SMALL BUSINESS responsible sources with the capability to provide the products to the brand name cited above and will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. SPAWARLANT Charleston intends to award a sole source; however, if your company possesses the capabilities to meet the technical requirements/specifications, please provide the following information for consideration: (1) The technical specifications of the product you are proposing; (2) a Quote for the items listed in the RFQ; (3) ownership (i.e. Large, small or other concern). This information is required prior to the closing date and time of the RFQ announcement and should be addressed to the Business Specialist. Please make sure your SAM information is up to date. Quotes are due to Michelle Cope, Business Specialist, SPAWARSYSCEN, Atlantic by 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 2 AUG 2013. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a Brand Name based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received. The government will accept proposals via email at: michelle.cope@navy.mil. The potential awardee is responsible for providing catalog and/or published price lists. If a price list is provided, you must still provide historical award information of previous (but recent) awards or orders sold to the general public from the OEM prior to the award being finalized (if available). It is imperative when providing this information to make sure the price lists are marked with what line item it corresponds with on the quote provided. This information is not required at time of quote, but will be required shortly thereafter if you are the potential awardee. Failure to provide information requested in a timely manner will result in potential awardee being displaced by the next lowest bidder.
