- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the purchase of commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and this solicitation F7H3CE3164A001 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS code is 321911. The following commercial items are being requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001: Provide and install three sets a metal exterior doors for building 500 at the Kentucky Air National Guard. Dimensions are approximate and need to be verified by contractor. Rear of Building 500 door dimensions are 3 foot x 8 foot 3 inches (double doors). AGE and Line Shack door dimensions are 3 foot x 6 foot 11 inches (double doors). New doors at a minimum will: be constructed of 16 gage metal, include RIM panic hardware, removable mullion, have heavy duty closers and hinges, be able to accept Best Lock sets (furnished by user), vendor shall supply all extras to ensure doors are hung properly, have a professional appearance, will secure firmly when locked and be weather tight, finish painting will be completed by user, existing frames and thresholds can be reused, vendor shall remove old doors. QUANTITY: 3 SETS. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and a contract will be awarded to the offeror who offers the best value in accordance with the following evaluation factors for this requirement. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers (listed in relative order of importance): 1. Technical 2. Price. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, and the offeror must include a completed copy of this provision with their proposal. The clauses at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes of Executive Orders-Commercial Items; 52.216-22 Indefinite Quantity; 52.232-16 Progress Payments. Specifically, the following clauses cited are applicable to this solicitation: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration; DFARS 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. All firms must be registered in the Central Contract Registration database at www.ccr.gov and shall be considered for award. All responsible proposals will be considered.
