- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is W911N2-13-T-0072 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This solicitation will be synopsized on FedBizOps as a combined synopsis/solicitation for full and open competition. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The award will be made based on the lowest price, technically acceptable. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-55. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333413. The Small Business size standard for this code is 500 Employees. CLIN 0001 - Upgrade VOC Emissions Control, Upgrade IAW PADEP - Replace: Zeolite Rotor Wheels, Obsolete PLC's HMI's, stand-alone monitoring system, and VFD's. Turnkey project to include programming, electrical, materials, software, hardware, and labor. Required Delivery Date is no later than 90 days after award of contract. 1 EA CLIN 0002 - Manpower Reporting Requirement per Clause L-16 - 1 EA Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (JUN 2008) applies to this acquisition.
