- EA Sample list of materials THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR QUOTE. Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) is seeking sources for low/medium voltage electrical equipment. Please follow this link: http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/T925F5X and complete a short survey. The excel spread sheet included with this announcement is only a representative sample of over 2,000 line items the Government is seeking sources for. Please e-mail your response to: EAMaterial@bpa.gov Responses to this notice will be used by the Government for market research. Suppliers responding to this notice must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (see internet site: https://www.sam.gov). This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this Sources Sought will not be returned. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Not responding to this sources sought does not preclude participation in any future and potential solicitation. It is the intent of the Contracting Office to use this for market research only.
