- PWS Performance Work Statement combined synopsis/solicitation 1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Facility Manager in the safety, security, proper operation, maintenance, alteration, modification, and repair of all medical facilities for the 75th Medical Group (75 MDG), Hill Air Force Base, UT. All services will be provided at the Military Treatment Facility (MTF) or designated areas. 1.1. BASIC SERVICES/QUALIFICATIONS. The Contractor shall provide one full-time equivalent (FTE) Assistant Facility Manager to work at the 75th Medical Group Logistics Flight, Hill AFB, Utah. The contractor staff performance shall be according to the requirements contained in this performance work statement (PWS), OSHA, Air Force instructions, and professional standards of the applicable professional society (e.g. The American Society for Healthcare Engineering).
