- 1.Note on page 51: Evaluation Qualification the following paragraph shall be deleted in entirety. Also item 2 below shall be added to the solicitation. Bid proposals shall be considered only from those Contractors who have a personnel performing maintenance and repair services that are fully qualified, competent, technicians. "Fully qualified" is defined as factory-trained (or equivalent) and experienced to work on the equipment assigned with a minimum of five (5) years' experience. The Contractor shall provide written verification of the competency of their personnel and copies of credentials and approved certifications for the equipment on contract to include training certificates with their proposal 2.This replaces the above paragraph. Bid proposals shall be considered only from those Contractors who have personnel that are fully qualified. "Fully qualified" is defined as contractor that have provide all the work stated in the solicitation with a minimum of five (5) years' experience. The Contractor shall provide written verification of the competency of their personnel.
