Description

NOTICE OF INTENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, intends to award a sole-source contract to Symon Communications, 500 N Central Expressway, Suite 175, Plano, TX 75074 for: Maintenance of Target Vision System providing support/repair for the Target Vision System software and hardware, on Target programming services. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation for offers. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product to Pamela H. Lewallen, Contracting Officer, at pamela.lewallen@va.gov by August 2, no later than 10:00am EST. All capability statements received by closing of this notification will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 811213 with a Small Business Size Standard of $10.0 M. This is for informational purposes only and not to be construed as a commitment by the government. Any information submitted to this notice of intent is voluntary.
