- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport has a requirement for services for gap coverage for the maintenance and operation the Seneca Lake and Dodge Pond Facilities. Computer Science Corporation previously performed these services under N00178-04-D-4030-FD06. The NAICS is 541330; size standard is $35.5M Employees. This requirement is solicited on an unrestricted basis. A firm fixed price, not to exceed type purchase order is anticipated. Total estimated Level of Effort is 3,500 man-hours. Service Contract Act (SCA) will be applicable if proposed SCA labor hours exceed 20% of total hours. Clearance to SECRET level is required. The evaluation factors for award are Technical Capability, Past Performance and Cost. Further details will be provided in Solicitation #N66604-13-Q-2615, which is anticipated to be released 8/14/13. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/) to be eligible for award. Instructions for registration are available at the website.
