- This Sources Sought is being issued for planning purposes only and it is not a solicitation or presolicitation notice. Responses to this notice are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Air force will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responsding to this sources sought. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking contractors who are authorized and capable of service and repair of Advantor Systems Corporation software and equipment, to include: performance of system administration, equimpent maintenance and/or repair, software and technical support, and training on system equipment IAW the manufacturer's specification and/or best commercial practices. Contract is to run on a one year basis commencing 1 Sep 2013 - 31 Aug 2014. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. Small and large businesses are sought. AT A MINIMUM, THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IS REQUIRED: (a) A positive statement of your intention to propose on this contract. (b) Business Size, Duns, Cage Code, Tax ID, and Point of Contact All of the above information must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on availability of interested businesses. Failure to submit all information requested may result in a contractor not being considered as an interested vendor. If adequate interest is not received from vendors, then a sole source notification will be posted on Federal Business Opportunities without further notice. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 with a small business size standard of $19,000,000. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business opportunities web page at http://www.fbo.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to visit this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective contractors must have a current and valid CAGE code and DUNS number in order to be eligible for award.
