The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Activity VISN 6 intends to negotiate sole source procurement with Philips Electronic N. Amer. Corp. This proposed contract action is for Patient Monitoring Equipment: -Bedside Mounting Part # MXU0068 16 EA -Intellivue Multi Measurement Server 16 EA -Intellivue MP30 AO4 4 waves E05 recorder 16 EA -CBL 5 Lead Truck, AMMI/IEC 2.7m 16 EA -CBL 5 Leadset, Snap, AMMI ICU 16 EA -Adult Pressure Interconnect Cable 16 EA -Reusable Adult Sp02 sensor 16 EA -Clinical Configuration and implementation 1 JB This procurement is in support of W.G Bill Hefner Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued; a notice was posted on Federal Business Opportunity 7/13/2013 VA246-13-I-1851 seeking interest contractors.
