- DFARS PROVISION Statement of Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular current to: FAC 2005-42, Effective: 16 Jun 2010 & Class Deviation 2005-O0001, Defense Acquisition Circular (DAC) 91-13 Correction and Air Force Acquisition Circular (AFAC) 2010-0402. A Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12 commercial purchase order will be issued The government intends to enter into a commercial contract for liquid Propane Fuel. This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside according to FAR 52.219-6 - Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 325120. Federal Acquisition Regulation 252.204-7004 (Alt A) requires Central Contractor Registration. Line Item Description: CLIN 0001 - Liquid propane fuel, 217,200 gallons delivered to Robins AFB, GA IAW the attached Statement of Requirement dated 29 Jul 2013. Contractor shall provide propane fuel on a "full service" basis, including acquisition, transportation, and delivery per the attached Statement of Requirement. Market index cost with transportation and all other costs should be included in proposals. Specific delivery instructions will be provided to contract awardee. See attached DFARS provision 252.209-7999, complete and submit with you proposal. Failure to submit this certification could lead to offeror being found Non-Responsive. Type of Contract Award: Firm Fixed Price Requested Delivery: 90 days after contract award Freight: FOB Destination Prompt Payment Terms: (Offeror to specify) Evaluation of Offers: The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
