- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO: Jennifer Weaver, Contracting Officer, email: jennifer.a.weaver12.civ@mail.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX3T6027AX; NOUN: Tube Assembly, Metal; NSN: 4710-01-179-4136; P/N: 26486-0; minimum qty of 20; maximum qty of 100 each on a five year basic + 4 options type contract applicable to CH-47 Turbine Engine with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 20 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 20 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to AAR Parts Trading, Inc. (CAGE: 1Y249) because The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website: http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsarand looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
