- The Government anticapates the award on a firm fixed price, sole source basis, for quantity 640 each College Option DVDs to be mailed to 640 NJROTC units. The anticipated contract award date is 01 August 2013. The contract will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 to College Options. College Options holds the copywrights for the required DVDs. A formal solicitation will not be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
