Description

The Oklahoma City VA Medical Center in Oklahoma City, OK has a requirement for Construct Parking Garage Vendor to supply all labor, supplies and materials to complete Minor Construction Project # 635-409 in accordance with plans and specifications. Project will involve a new Parking structure on the east side of the Oklahoma VA Medical center The project will include the construction contract documents prepared by Med Arch, NAICS code is 236220 is applicable to this solicitation. The small business size standard is $33.5M. The construction cost range for this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000,.00. This procurement action is being set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns pursuant to 38 U.S.C 8127 (d).
