Description

The South Central VA Health Care Network (VISN 16) intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the VISN-wide purchase, installation, training, software, etc. for an Anesthesia Record Keeper (ARK) Clinical Information System (CIS). VISN 16 will be requiring this system at the following locations: Alexandria, LA, Biloxi, LA, Fayetteville, AR, Houston, TX, Jackson, MS, Little Rock, AR, Muskogee, OK, New Orleans, LA, Oklahoma City, OK, and Shreveport, LA. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract for this requirement with a base year plus four one-year option periods. The solicitation with any and all pertinent information will be published on the FBO website. Proposals will be due 30 days after posting of the solicitation and the resulting contract will be awarded no later than September 30, 2013. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 339112 with a business size standard of 500 in number of employees. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation.
