- Video wall relamp RFQ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. HSCG28-13-Q-7N1623 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-066. The applicable NAICS number is 811211 and the small business size standard is $7.0 Million. The FOB Destination delivery is to: North Charleston, SC 29405, on or before: 15 Sep 2013. Offers are to be submitted to: USCG Sector, 196 Tradd St., Charleston, SC 29401, Attn: CWO Thad King. Offers may be emailed to Thad.King@uscg.mil. Offers are due by 10:00 A.M., August 9, 2013. USCG Sector Charleston has a requirement to relamp, color balance, and align a video wall consisting of 48 Mitsibushi projection cubes. See attached RFQ for details. Quotes will be evaluated on a best value basis determined by price, quality of product, warranty, and delivery. The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
