Description
Redacted Brand name justification 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no further written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number FA8307-13-Q-0099 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC), Cryptologic Systems Division Contracting Division (HNCK), Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA)-Lackland TX, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures resulting from this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-66 and the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) DPN 20130419. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation may be obtained in full text form located at FAR Site, http://farsite.hill.af.mil. 2. This requirement has been Set-Aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 - Computer Terminal and other computer peripheral equipment manufacturing. The size standard is 750 employees IAW FAR 52.219-1, Small Business Program Representations (Apr 2012). 3. The US Air Force is looking to acquire the following items: Quantity Product Part # Description 1 ea. SPT-3U Spirent Testcenter 3U Chassis and Controller 1 ea. BPK-1001A Packet Generator and Analyzer Base Package A 1 ea. BPK-1003A IGMP/MLD Host IP Multicast Base Package A 1 ea. BPK-1080A PERL API for BSD and LINUX 1 ea. TPK-1000 RFC-2544 with VLAN Network Device Benchmark Test Package 1 ea. CM-1G-D4 Hypermetrics CM 10/100/1000 Dual Media 4-Ports 1 ea. ACC-6025A 1000Base-SX GIG Ether SFP Transceiver, MM 850nm, LC Conn 1 ea. SVC-1015STC Spirent Testcenter Extended Support 1yr Delivery will be FOB to AFLCMC/HNCEI, 230 Hall Blvd STE 116, Bldg. 2081, JBSA-Lackland TX, 78243-7052. Inspection/acceptance will be made at destination. Delivery will begin no later than 30 days after award. Interested offerors must submit their representations and certifications in accordance with the provision at FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Item, with their quote. 4. The Government will award a single purchase order resulting from this RFQ in accordance with the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value in terms of technical capability/acceptability, price, and delivery schedule.
