- Drawings Statement of Work PRESOLICITATION BASED ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDING VIRGIN ISLANDS NATIONAL GUARD CONTEMPLATES A FIRM FIXED PRICE FOR THE FOLLOWING: Pre-proposal site visit: 22 August 2013 at 10:00 AM local time. Construction Contract in accordance with the statement of work, specifications, and drawings - scope: Furnish all materials, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and professional supervision required to construct a 36 ft by 62 ft steel building with all utilities. Completion time is estimated to be 180 days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. This action is being solicited as a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 237990 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $33.5M average for three years. Project magnitude is between $500K and $1M. The Government contemplates a single, Firm Fixed Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the proposal. Solicitation and all information, notices, amendments for this solicitation will be posted at htpp://www.fbo.gov. Therefore, all bids received prior to the close date will be considered by the Virgin Islands National Guard USP&FO Purchasing and Contracting. NO FASCILMILE (FAX) is accepted. Email bids/proposals will be accepted in PDF ONLY or hand delivered to address below. Potential bidders must register at FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov in order to receive notifications and/or changes to the solicitation. Potential bidders are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information. The Interested Vendors List (IVL) will be activated and may be accessed and printed from the FedBizOpps website. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award.
