- Wages RFQ FAR Clauses RFQ Cover Letter Statement of Work (SOW) SF18 SOLICITATION PACKAGE IS ATTACHED TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and materials required for the removal of 40 SQFT of concrete slab, excavate soil, replace approximately 12' of 4" cast iron waste line with 4" ABS drain pipe, backfill soil and replace slab. Contractor will also excavate and complete repairs to the outside waste line clean out. Contractor must be IAW SOW. All responsible sources that submit a written quotation will be considered. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED MATERIALS: NONE. Performance Period is 14-30 days. SUBMITTALS DUE UPON AWARD Provide submittals a minimum of twenty-one (21) days before start of work, submit three (3) copies of preconstruction, construction schedule, site specific safety plan, temporary traffic and fencing plan, and quality assurance plan Per Submittals Requirements Section of SOW. Lack of adequacy of references shall be at the sole discretion of the Government and may constitute grounds for disqualification. CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH requirements of: applicable Coast Guard Safety Regulations, federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to water, air, and noise pollution.
