Attachment 12 Attachment 11 Attachment 10 Attachment 9 Attachment 7 and 8 Attachment 6 Attachment 5 Attachment 4 Attachment 3 Attachment 2c Attachment 2b Attachment 2a Attachment 2 Attachment 1 A-13-034 Claims Management Support RFP Cover Letter The Department of the Treasury's (Treasury), Internal Revenue Service's (IRS) Office of Treasury Procurement Services (OTPS), on behalf of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program (TRIP) Office anticipates intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about ***June 25, 2013*** for reinsurance claims management services. The solicitation will not be available until the anticipated date of release. The Government anticipates the award of a Single-Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a 5-month transition period, 7-month base period and 4 option periods. All options will be evaluated for award purposes. The IDIQ is for reinsurance claims management services intended to furnish a web-based system for the receipt and exchange of information with the Treasury, participating insurers and any other TRIP contractors using employees trained in insurance, reinsurance and the functioning of the TRIP. The Contractor shall provide the means for secure, web based access and information exchanges with the Treasury and Treasury's contractors. Also, the Contractor shall assure that any systems and interfaces with the Treasury and Treasury's contractors provide security for the information transmitted and ensure that the business sensitive, proprietary and personal information received and generated is suitably protected. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 524292 for Third Party Administration of Insurance and Pensions and the Small Business Size Standard is $7M. The requirement will be an 8(a) Small Business set-a-side. All proposals are due NO LATER THAN 2:00 P.M. EASTERN STANDARD TIME on September 3, 2013 and will be distributed solely through the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. No collect calls will be accepted. No telephone requests or written requests for the solicitation will be accepted. All questions/comments are due by 10 AM (Eastern Standard Time) on August 8, 2013 Late questions/comments will not be considered.The Government will not provide any information concerning questions in response to telephone calls from Offerors. Answers to "all" questions submitted will be combined and posted on FedBizOpps as an SF30 amendment to this solicitation.
