- SOW The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting bids for the Replacement of the Air Conditioning Unit to be installed on the Tug Cheraw. Work will include removal of the old system and replacement. The present model is a Carrier Model 90mA-008-510. SEE ATTACHED SOW. Site Visit will be Wednesday August 7th at 9 AM at the Buffalo Sewer Authoirty Wastewater Treatment Plant at Bird Island. All contractors submitting a bid must attend the site visit or your bid will not be considered. Additional site visits may be scheduled. Contact Ms. Cheryl A. Michener @ 716 879-4211 or e-mail cheryl.a.michener@usace.army.mil YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ENTERNACE INTO THE PLANT WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. "Work will be performed at the Pinney Dock (1149 E. 5th Street) Ashtabula, OH" This is a totall small business set-aside. the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220 with a size standard $14.0 Bids are due by August 28, 2013. They can be e-mailed to cheryl.a.michener@usace.army.mil or FAXED to 716-879-4353. All contractors are requried to be registered in System For Award Management (SAM) before award.
