- Tax Form with Signature Block RFQ for Shipping Requirement The Fleet Logistic Center, Groton Office is currently soliciting for a shipping company that supports weekend and after hour's pickups/deliveries. All contractors bidding on this requirement must be or have an agreement with a Civil Reserve Air Fleet (CRAF) carrier to be used in the performance of this requirement. Contactors must be able to ship over 300 pounds and provide the fastest traceable means for global shipping. Provide a service representative who supports any emergent shipments and support of emergent shipment of materials to submarines around the world. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. The method of payment will be Government Purchase Card. The contract will include a base year and four one year option periods. The contract will be awarded under FAR Part 12 Acquisition for Commercial Items. The North American Industry Classification System code for this requirement is 561431 and the size standard is $7.0 M. The RFQ is attached to this notice. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available by downloading the documents at the above fbo.gov website. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self certifying that both the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the quote. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in SAM database will make a vendor ineligible for award. Contractors must submit a signed copy of DFAR Clause 252.209-7995 with their bid in order to be considered for award.
