- Attachment 2 Bid Schedule Attachment 1 Equipment Pictures Solicitation N6883613T0254 The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement for transportation, line haul, simcard, and ferry services in Cartagena, Colombia. COMUSNAVSO will host an event that requires transporting supplies, materials, equipment and containers safely and expeditiously from Port to designated locations which will be specified in the Performance Work Statement within the solicitation. This Expeditionary Logistics and Life Support Services for U.S. Navy is in support of UNITAS Exercise in Cartagena, Colombia. The primary objective of this contract is to obtain expeditionary Logistic Support for U.S Navy Forces and their designated personnel operating ashore in Colombia during UNITAS Execution Exercise in early SEP 2013. The Service Contractor (SC) shall conduct security background checks on employees and subcontractor employees with local or national police department or other government organizations. Employees shall wear proper uniform items to identify them as contractor personnel. Vehicles must be licensed and registered in Colombia. It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and available upon arrival of forces/guests unless otherwise specified by COR. The SC shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services. The SC shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise. Quotes are due no later than 11:00 am Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Friday, 9 August 2013.
