- Solicitation W912P4-13-T-0018 1.The Government is soliciting small businesses to accomplish the work described in the scope of work for Removal of Concrete Apron and Demo/Replace Sidewalk Slabs at the USACE Buffalo District Office, Buffalo, NY. 2.This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. 3. Estimated magnitude of this project is less than $25,000. 4. Designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with corresponding size standard of $33.5M. 5. Wage determination is General Decision Number NY130008. Visit http://www.wdol.gov, Davis-Bacon Act, for the wage determination. 6. A Pre-Bid site visit is scheduled for 08 August 2013 at 10:00am. Meet at USACE Buffalo District Office, 1776 Niagara Street, Buffalo, NY 14207. Photo Identification will be required to enter the District facility. 7. Contractors are highly encouraged to attend the pre-bid site visit. 8. Please submit proposal via e-mail to: oksana.strekha@usace.army.mil with cc: jeffrey.g.ernest@usace.army.mil by 14:00 EST 15 Aug 2013. 9. All interested contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
