Description
U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Georgia City: Cairo County: Grady Delineated Area: North: 17TH Ave and 38TH BLVD NE and N. Broad ST and 13TH Ave and 4TH ST NE, and 38TH BLVD NE East: Hall RD South: Joyner RD and 5TH ST SE/SW and Calvary RD SW West: W. Brook SW and Legion BLVD and 1ST Ave SW and Upper Hawthrone Trail Minimum Sq FT (ABOA): 2,250 Maximum Sq FT (ABOA): 2,363 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 38 Parking Spaces (Surface): 38 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 38 Full Term: 10 Years Additional Requirements: - The leased space must be contiguous on one floor -Pull through parking to accomodate Ranchers, Farmers, and Producers with cattle trailers Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility, and Sustainability (green) standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced-lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expression of Interests: Expression of Interest Due Date: August 20, 2013 Market Survey Date (Estimated): September 2013 Occupancy (Estimated): June 2014 All expressons of interest MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING via email no later than August 20, 2013 and must include the following information: -Buidling name, building address and location of space in the building -Legal description -One-eight inch scale drawing of space offered -ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (ABOASF) offered -Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered -Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted -Brokers/Agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership Please note: In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
