- On a non-interference and no-cost-to-the-Government basis, the Air Force will consider requests (e.g., for on-going technical discussions, access to Government labs / equipment, etc.) from contractors interested in advancing their EW system technologies to meet future F-15 Eagle Passive/Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) requirements. This is a special notice only regarding the Air Force's willingness to consider requests from contractors and is not a request for information or solicitation, nor does it obligate the Government to issue a solicitation related to an F-15 EW requirement. Furthermore, contractors are not required to use any Government assets for development activities to be considered for award of a contract related to an F-15 EW requirement.
