Construction Services of a qualified, responsible, responsive firm having the capability, capacity and expertise to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, expertise, quality control, and supervision for the Project 614-13-119 Replace Chiller and Cooling Tower, in accordance with the specifications at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Memphis, TN 38104. The construction range estimate for this project is between $500,000.00-$1,000,000.00. This project is a 100% Total setaside for SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. NAICS IS 238220. Bid Bond is required. This is an Invitation for Bid (Sealed Bid). All bidders must be registered, verified and viewable in theVETBIZ.gov. - NO EXCEPTIONS to be eligible for award. Bidders must also be registered in (SAM) System Award Management - sam.gov (Formerly ccr.gov) and vets 100 to be eligible for award. Solicitation documents including specifications and drawings will be available for download on/after August 16, 2013 at (http://www.febbizopps.gov). Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted to this website. In order to receive notification of amendments, bidders must register in fedbizopps.gov to "Receive Amendments". All bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging ALL AMENDMENTS prior to bid opening. After solicitation is posted on fedbid.gov., any questions pertaining to the solicitation, specifications, must be submitted in writing (e-mail) to Contracting Officer:Phyllis.Holder@va.gov or Department of Veterans Affairs 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Phyllis Holder, Contracting Officer, Memphis,TN 38104.
