SF 1449 solicitation document Statement of Work The General Services Administration, Public Building Services has a requirement for Spatial Data Management Services at the Denver Federal Center in Lakewood, Colorado. The services required include: Space audit and rewalk of Building 810 at the Denver Federal Center with option for full remeasurement. Specific requirements are outlined in detail in the attached Statement of Work. General Information Set Aside: Total Small Business Set Aside NAICS code 541990, size standard 14M Award basis: One contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
