Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Arizona State seeks sources to rent a scraper from in Saint George, Utah. The scraper must meet the following specifications: The machine is to be an elevator type and shall have a minimum of 175 horsepower up to 265 horsepower (max), and shall have a minimum of 11 cubic yard carrying capacity (heaped) up to a 17 cubic yard (max) heaped capacity similar to a CAT 613C or a CAT 615C.
