- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER A SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around 9 August 2013. Solicitation number W912NR-13-R-0001 is being issued as an Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-69. All applicable provisions and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice being issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210, and the small business size standard is $14,000,000. This solicitation is 100% set-aside to SDVOSB concerns. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed-price construction contract with a period of performance of 60 calendar days to provide the following project: replace outdoor lighting and wire routed inside poles located at building 185. All work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the contract specifications and drawings. Please reference solicitation number W912NR-13-R-0001 on all correspondence. Project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. All contractors shall be System for Award Management (SAM.GOV) registered at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Contractors must be registered in the SAM greater than GOV database before a contract can be awarded to your company. NO PARTIAL PROPOSALS WILL BE CONSIDERED. NO PARTIAL AWARDS WILL BE MADE.
