Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 23 located at 708 Third Street, Suite 200E will be issuing a solicitation for the De Moines VA Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS for a contract to provide off site Mammography Services to veteran beneficiaries. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, facility, professional and technical personnel to provide the technical and professional components of Mobile Full Field Digital Screening and Diagnostic Mammography Services to veteran beneficiaries of VA Central Iowa Health Care System (VACIHCS) and associated Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Des Moines, Mason City, Fort Dodge, Carroll, Knoxville, Marshalltown all in the state of Iowa., in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. The Contractor must possess all licenses, permits, accreditations and certificates as required by law and the VHA Mammography Handbook; 1104.1. The contract period will be for one year from the date of contract award, with four one year option period to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. NAICS Code 621512 applies with a size standard of 14 million.
