- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being solicited and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912L7-13-T-0027 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55. This requirement is being advertised as unrestricted; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 336413 with a Size Standard of 1000. The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Mississippi-Contracting Office, Jackson, MS intends to issue a purchase order for the following requirements: REQUIREMENT- CLIN 0001 - 10 Each 250 HOUR KIT AH-64 CLIN 0002 - 10 Each 500 HOUR KIT AH-64 CLIN 0003 - 4 Each 48M FLIGHT CONTROL UH-60 CLIN 0004 - 4 Each MAIN WHEEL KIT UH-60 The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Technical when combined, with price are equal in importance.. This solicitation is prepared IAW FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following clauses apply: FAR 52-212-1, Instructions to Offerors (FEB 2012); FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, based on technical capability and price, when combined are approximately equal.
