- General Statement: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform janitorial services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the Willamette Valley Project in Oregon. Locations for work to be conducted include; Big Cliff Lake and Powerhouse, Detroit Powerhouse, Foster Lake and Powerhouse, and Green Peter Lake and Powerhouse. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations during the services performed. This firm fixed priced contract is for a base year plus four option years per the Government's discretion. The period of performance for the base year will be date of contract award through 31 December 2014. The following option year period of performances will be 01 January through 31 December of each option year.
