- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE LEASE OF COMMERCIAL OFFICE SPACE IN SAVANNAH GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS ATLANTA REGIONAL OFFICE In accordance with FAR 5.207(a) (16), the following information is provided as a pre-solicitation notice for the work set forth herein. (1)N/A (2)N/A (3)N/A (4)N/A (5)N/A (6)N/A (7)N/A (8)N/A (9)N/A (10) 1 Year Firm Term; 5 one-year Option Terms (11)N/A (12)The Government is soliciting offers for commercial office space in the Savannah Georgia area. The Government requires the space to be located in a delineated area that is bounded to the North by E. Derenne Avenue; bounded to the East by Waters Avenue; bounded to the South by Eisenhower drive; and bounded to the West by Abercorn Street. The length of the lease shall be a firm term of one (1) calendar year with five (5) one-year option terms. The commercial office space shall be not less than 1950 net usable square feet and not greater than 2500 net usable square feet. The space must have five (5) reserved and 12 unreserved parking spaces. The anticipated move in date is October 1, 2013. Lease shall include janitorial service, grounds maintenance, sewer, water, and all utilities. Offers must be received not later than August 30, 2013 at 2:00PM Central Team.
