- This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for Mowing and Landscaping Services at Grapevine, Lewisville and Ray Roberts Lakes, Texas. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 20 August 2013. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561730, Landscaping Services and a business size standard of $7.0 million. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform mowing and landscaping services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Period of Performance will be a 12 month base period plus two (2) 12 month option periods. Range between $550,000 - $750,000.
