- SF 30 Answers to Questions 08/05 A.2.2.2 A.6.6.8 A.4.1 ***INDICATES CHANGE*** THIS IS A SOLICITATION prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 15, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agriculture Research Service (ARS) anticipates the need for facility Operations and Maintenance Support Services for the Eastern Regional Research Center (ERRC) in Wyndmoor Pennsylvania. This will be procured as a 100% 8a Competitive Set-aside. The selected Contractor will demonstrate their capability of meeting the highly specific needs of the end user per the Specifications which in included in the Solicitation package. The award will be for a firm fixed price type contract with an IDIQ Component for Additional Work. This is set aside for QUALIFIED SBA 8(a) firms ONLY. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be assigned to this procurement is 561210. The Eastern Business Service Center (EBSC) Contracting will receive Bids for AG-32SC-S-13-0008 on Thursday, August ***15th***, 2013 as a Request for Proposals. Description of Work: This Contract requires furnishing all labor, equipment, supervision, materials, and incidentals for Operations and Maintenance Services such as but not intended to be all inclusive: HVAC, Security, Janitorial, Architectural and Structural, Grounds Maint., Electrical, Piped Systems, Utilities, Shipping/Receiving, and administration of Work Management systems. A Pre-proposal Conference (Onsite) has been Scheduled for July 17th at 0900 AM EDT All questions or responses under this Solicitation shall be sent to Mark O. All communication shall be in writing referencing AG-32SC-S-13-0008 preferably by email. No information will be taken by telephone. Contractors are directed to complete all representations and certifications on line by registering with the WWW.SAM.GOV. VENDORS MUST HAVE A RECORD SHOWING "ACTIVE" IN ORDER TO RECEIVE AWARD. Any additional amendments and/or documents related to this procurement will be available electronically at the Internet site: http://www.fbo.gov. Contractors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of those documents related to this procurement, if any.
