- Attachment 1 - Solicitation Site Visit document Solicitation Document HC1028-13-T-0170 Attachment 6 - Supplies and Service Document Attachment 5 - Typical layout page 2 Attachment 4 - Typical layout page 1 Attachment 3 - Concept Plan Attachment 2 - WD 05-2417 Rev 16 Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) PL8324 is seeking discounted pricing to purchase and install console furniture to support GISMC Service Desk at Columbus, OH. Complete the information as requested in the attached RFQ. In accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.203 and 19.5, this will be awarded via OPEN Market pricing. The contract period of performance shall be 120 days from the date of awards. The purchase order will be firm-fixed-price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238390. The size standard associated with the procurement is $14,000,000.00. Site Visit: 9 August 2013, see solicitation for details. If you find any ambiguities in the documents or you have any questions, please contact tina.book@disa.mil. Questions are due by 3:30 PM Central Time, 12 August 2013 via email to tina.m.book.civ@mail.mil. Questions received after this date and time may or may not be answered. The quote shall comply in all material respects with the requirements of the law, regulation and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The proposal must meet all mandatory solicitation requirements. The offeror must be determined responsible according to the standards of FAR Part 9, Subpart 1. The award will be a FFP award based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Award will be made to the offeror who presents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offer to the Government. The proposal must comply in all material respects with the requirements of the law, regulation and conditions set forth in the solicitation. The proposal must meet all mandatory solicitation requirements. The offeror must be determined responsible according to the standards of FAR Part 9, Subpart 1. Your quote should consist of the completed Attachment 6 Supplies and Services Schedule and all other documents listed in the RFQ. The resulting award will be based on the RFQ Excel spreadsheet. Submit your quote via email to tina.book@disa.mil, not later than 16 August 2013, 2:00 pm, Central Time. The Government reserves the right to award without discussions or seek clarifications with offerors, if necessary. The resultant contract shall be a firm fixed priced purchase order. Award shall be made to the lowest cost, technically acceptable offeror. LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERATION.
