Description

Section A and Line Items in Word format for prospective offerors' convenience. Full Request for Quotation (RFQ) #2013-Q-16019 document. Contractor shall provide two (2) sets of training; sixteen (16) workshops (eight (8) topics, each presented twice), for approximately twenty-five (25) managers, supervisors and team leaders, and four (4) abbreviated workshops for approximately 20 members of upper management. Each full workshop shall be ninety (90) minutes in duration, have a participatory component (breakout session or exercise), and address employee relations topic areas. Each topic will be conducted twice on the same day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Additionally, Contractor shall provide four (4) one (1)-hour abbreviated workshops to NCHHSTP/OD management and Division Directors, with each workshop covering two (2) of the aforementioned topic areas during each session. The four (4) workshops will provide training on all eight (8) topics.
