Description

Limited Source Justification This is a Notice of Intent to award a Limited Source, Firm Fixed Price contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), 308 New York St., Redlands, CA 92373. The authority for this action is FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B), only one responsible source (see attached Limited Source Justification for further details). Interested persons or entities may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this Notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The contractor will renew and continue to provide maintenance of the ESRI Aeronautical Reconnaissance Coverage Geographic Information System (ArcGIS) licenses for version 10.1.
