- SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-13-R-0534; NSN 6620-01-185-9134; PR: 1000007016; ITEM: Transmitter, Pressure; IAW Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc. (CAGE 34345), part number APTE-25SART1-1000-150G. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. FOB is at Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. Required delivery is 82 days ADO. This NSN is a source control critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 108 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 18 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is august 20, 2013. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
