- Request for Proposal (FA5270-13-T-0104) Construction Cost Estimate Breakdown Man Hole Location Plan Cable Path Allocation Location Map Floor Plan The general scope of work of this project is to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to upgrade the communications infrastructure in B325, to support data and voice communications provided by the Shogun Inn Lodging Complex. The work to be performed under this contract documents consists of furnishing of all necessary design documents, labor and materials, equipment, transportation, commissioning and testing, and test reports and shall be accomplished strictly in accordance with the specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The contractor shall appoint a trained person in the trade to supervise installation of data and voice communication cable. NOTE: Any contract resulting from this solicitation will be awarded and performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. Contractors must be duly authorized to operate and conduct business in Japan and must fully comply with all laws, decrees, labor standards, and regulations of Japan during the performance of the contract.
