- Description
- The Pacific Regional Contracting Office (PRCO) at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii intends to issue a solicitation W81K02-13-T-0152 on or about 7 August 2013 for a firm-fixed price contract for the preventive maintenance, routine, urgent, emergency repairs and stand by service on medical air, oxygen, compressed air, vacuum system, and nitrogen generator systems. The systems are located at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) and Schofield Barracks Health Clinic (SBHC), Oahu Hawaii to include all necessary labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, supplies, man-handling equipment, transportation, and other incidental services. The contractor shall comply with all terms, conditions, special contract requirements and conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation or incorporated by reference. Period of performance is for a Base Period (01 October 2013 through 30 September 2014) and four one-year option periods. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 811219, Electrical measuring instrument repair and maintenance services. The annual size standard is $19.0 M. This procurement is 100% Small business set aside. The solicitation package will be available on both the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/) and the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov/).
