Description

solicitation Sole Source The Acquisitions Division, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton, WA, 98312 is announcing its intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) for Orthopedic Consumable surgical supplies. The award will be made to ARTHREX, INC; 1370 CREEKSIDE BLVD; NAPLES, FL, 34108-1945. The sole source justification is based on ARTHREX being the only manufacture who can provide us with the complete inventory replenishment of their surgical kits. The NAICS code of this procurement is 339112 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quote, which shall be considered by the government; please have materials in by 12:00am Pacific time on 9 Aug 2013.
