- REQUEST FOR QUOTE SOLE SOURCE SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION LETTER SIGNED BY CUSTOMER AND CONTRACTING OFFICER. LETTER HAS BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT SOURCE SELECTION SENSATIVE INFORMATION. THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR: F3V5D63122A001-FY14 AMOC SIM MX This is a combined synopsis/solicitation commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request For Quote (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ # F3V5D63122A001 This procurement is being issued as TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE under the North American Industrial Classification Standard code # 541511 and Small Business Size Standard of $25,000,000.00, applies to this procurement. IAW FAR 252.204-7004, all firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-69 and DPN 20130710. Description of requirements: ANNUAL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE FOR AMOC SIMULATOR. THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT/MAINTENANCE FOR THE AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE OFFICEER COURSE (AMOC) SIMULATOR TO INCLUDE PHONE SUPPORT, ON SITE SUPPORT, AND OPERATIONAL SUPPORT. MINIMUM LEVEL, 20 HOURS ADMIN SUPPORT, 1 TRIP TO SHEPPARD AFB BY 1 PERSON FOR 6 DAYS.
